Reports to: Regional Director

Salary: €65,000–€75,000 + Lead Vet Bonus + Up to 20% Performance Bonus + Sign on Bonus

Join Village Vets Coolock as our Lead Veterinary Surgeon and take on a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the practice, develop your team and deliver exceptional patient and client care.

About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team

  • Deliver exceptional patient and client care

  • Support clinical, operational, and financial performance

  • Create a positive, collaborative team culture

  • Help shape the clinical direction and future development of the practice

  • Create a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture

  • Work closely with the Regional Director and wider Village Vets team

  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical standards, client experience and team performance

About you

  • MVB, DVM, or equivalent

  • 3+ years' veterinary experience

  • Strong communicator and team leader

  • Previous leadership or commercial experience beneficial but not essential
