Location: Village Vets Coolock, Dublin

Reports to: Regional Director

Salary: €65,000–€75,000 plus Lead Vet Bonus plus Relocation Support

Join Village Vets Coolock as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon and take the next step in your career with the support to succeed. You'll lead and develop a talented clinical team while benefiting from a dedicated Lead Vet induction programme, supportive line management, and training in leadership, client experience, team development, and commercial performance.

About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team

  • Deliver exceptional patient and client care

About you

  • MVB, DVM, or equivalent

  • 3+ years' veterinary experience

  • Strong communicator and team leader

  • Previous leadership or commercial experience beneficial but not essential
