Cattery Assistant

Location: Village Vets Dunshaughlin
Reports to: Head Nurse
Salary: 14.15 per hour

Part time: - Sat and Suns and Bank holiday Mondays - 9-5pm shift.

We’re looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Cattery Assistant to help look after our feline guests and make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved.

  • Feeding cats and ensuring they have fresh water.

  • Cleaning pens and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.

  • Giving cats attention, comfort and affection.

  • Monitoring their wellbeing and reporting any concerns.

  • Helping with daily cattery duties.

About you:

  • Has a genuine love of cats and animal welfare.

  • Is responsible, hardworking and reliable.

  • Has a good eye for detail and a caring nature.

  • Is happy working as part of a team and independently.

  • Is flexible and willing to get hands-on.
